GouldHome > JJ and Aims and their winning canoe (Sep 11, 2004, 03:16pm) JJ and Aims are showing off their racing canoe, the same boat they used to win the national championship. This canoe moves almost as fast in the water as it does on land :-).

GouldHome > JJ Cote also starts the canoe-O on land (Sep 12, 2004, 10:05am) JJ also grabbed his canoe at the canoe launch, and started running down the trail. But JJ went running off in a different direction than Aims.
GouldHome > Aims leaves the canoe launch on foot (Sep 12, 2004, 10:05am) Most contestants run to the canoe launch from the start and immediately launch their boat onto the lake (this is a canoe-O after all). Aims ran from the start to the canoe launch, grabbed his canoe and then went running down the trail.
