Path through Whipple Hill in the fall (Oct 17, 2004, 11:47am) This is a section of the main path through the center of Whipple Hill. Although some of the leaves had already fallen (as you can see on the path), there was still plenty of color in the trees.

Fall foliage across pond at Whipple Hill (Oct 17, 2004, 11:28am) The next stop on my fall foliage tour was Whipple Hill; a 120 acre conservation area in the northeast corner of Lexington, MA. This day, the trees on Whipple Hill were at the peak of color. This is a picture of fall foliage reflects in a small pond, on the eastern edge of the Whipple Hill area. With bright sun and no wind, the reflection of the trees is almost as spectatular as the trees themselves.
