Aims leaves the canoe launch on foot (Sep 12, 2004, 10:05am) Most contestants run to the canoe launch from the start and immediately launch their boat onto the lake (this is a canoe-O after all). Aims ran from the start to the canoe launch, grabbed his canoe and then went running down the trail.
