Locals feeding scraps to the birds (Jul 26, 2004, 12:48pm) Some locals were tossing scraps of food into Petit St. Vincent harbor, and attracting a flock of both seagulls and frigate birds. While I notice this, I stood on the shore and took a bunch of pictures of the frigate birds in flight.
