Petit St. Vincent (July 23-27)

Daphne visits with the resort dogs (Jul 25, 2004, 08:23am) The owners of Petit St. Vincent have seven yellow labs that roam freely around the island. Each dog has a collar with their name, so you know what to call them. Between the office and the dining room is a sand pit where the dogs can relax and get out of the sun. Here you see Daphne paying a few of the dogs a visit.

Part of dining complex, site of cocktail party (Jul 25, 2004, 08:28am) The dining complex consists of a number of buildings. The main building houses the kitchen, the bar, the gift shop and a number of tables. But there is a series of outer buildings with tables as you move southwest from the kitchen. These are the last two buildings in the dining complex, photographed from below. Normally unused, these buildings were the site of a cocktail party for the guests, as well as being used when the other dining areas fill up.
